Napa Valley has always been a place where people come to celebrate, whether it’s for harvest season, milestones, marriages, family reunions, you name it. No matter the occasion, wine country, as one of the most beautiful regions on earth, is the perfect backdrop. This June, that spirit of celebration takes on a deeper, more vibrant meaning as Napa  Valley raises its rainbow flags and invites everyone to “Love Out Loud.”

Throughout the month of June, the valley will be host to a number of events, activations, and community gatherings in all five towns. Whether you're a longtime member of the LGBTQ+ community, a proud ally, a family looking for inclusive fun, or a first-time visitor curious about what makes Napa Valley's Pride so special, this is your guide to making the most of it.

A Deep-Rooted Vineyard of Community: the History of Pride in Napa Valley & Why Celebrating Matters

Since its inception, Napa Valley has been an incredibly diverse region, attracting people from all walks of life and uniting them over a shared love of beauty, connection, and wine. Napa Pride, one of a few organizations responsible for organizing Pride and visibility efforts around the valley, has served as a beacon of resilience and community for more than  two decades. What began as a few informal, word-of-mouth gatherings has blossomed into a thriving network of volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring Napa Valley’s queer community is remembered and celebrated at every possible turn.

In 2026, Napa Pride celebrates a milestone: 25 years of LGBTQ+ celebration in Napa County.It’s the perfect opportunity to Love Out Loud — to celebrate with shouts, rather than whispers.

There are a number of other celebrations around the valley, many that directly benefit local nonprofits. Here are flagship moments not to miss: 
 

CITY OF NAPA

Napa Pride 2026 runs June 7–20 under the theme “Love Out Loud”, presented by Napa Hotels and Slipstream Wines, with NorthBay Health as the Official Healthcare Sponsor and Andaz Napa as the official Pride hotel partner.

Sunday, June 7 

  • Drag Brunch at The Charles, Supporting LGBTQ Connection
    Start your Pride with a bang at The Charles, where iconic San Francisco drag performer Countess Katya Smirnoff-Skyy will be providing an unforgettable performance as you enjoy endless mimosas and a delicious brunch. Part of the proceeds from this event will go directly toward supporting LGBTQ Connection, a youth-led nonprofit serving both Napa and Sonoma counties. 
  • "Love Out Loud" Opening Tea Dance at the Mercantile Social
    Kicking off pride with a Tea Dance party at Mercantile Social. an important part of LGBTQ+ history. The Tea Dance was established as an alternative to the traditional, societally accepted Sunday gatherings in America, and were early examples of the community finding a safe place to connect with one another. This fabulous tradition is brought back to life to begin Pride on the right note. Enjoy drink specials all day long, DJ sets by local talent, and a dance floor full of joy and history.

Saturday, June 13

  • Strut & Wag: Pride Pet Parade & Block Pawty in Downtown Napa
    Who says pride is just for us people? Our four-legged friends deserve to be able to show out in support, too, and thankfully, Napa Pride agrees. Grab your furry best friend and deck the both of you out in rainbow finery so you can join this colorful downtown pet parade, before settling in for a full outdoor community celebration. Local businesses, vendors, and gathering spaces come alive with this family-friendly event that's as joyful as it sounds. Whether you're a seasoned strutter or a first-time pawticipant, all are welcome.

Tuesday, June 16 

  • FINKO! A Fink-Tastic Fundraiser for Napa Pride
    Head to downtown Napa’s own The Fink, a classic speakeasy-style bar tucked into downtown’s historic riverfront, to spend a night playing bingo and supporting a great cause. The Fink runs this bingo game every week, and each week, 100% of the game’s proceeds are given to a different local charity. This month, in celebration of Pride, The Fink is giving those proceeds straight back to Napa Pride — so come by, grab a few drinks, and be ready to shout FINKO! with a flourish.

Thursday, June 18 

  • The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Uptown Theatre
    Those who know, know — there’s nothing out there as queer as a Rocky Horror show. The Uptown Theatre welcomes Bawdy Caste, San Francisco’s best Shadow Cast for the last three decades. If you’ve never been to a Rocky Horror show, take this as your opportunity (though don’t be alarmed when they call you a virgin!). These talented cast members are among some of the best, and you’ll be blown away by the life they breathe into this classic show. 

Saturday, June 20

  • Napa Pride Day of Solidarity in Downtown Napa
    The culminating event of Napa Pride 2026 is a full day of downtown programming that honors Pride's history while celebrating its future. The day includes:
    • The Annual Pride Car Parade: deck out your vehicle in rainbow décor and cruise through downtown Napa in a rolling show of solidarity.
    • Pride Pours and Downtown Business Activations: sip, shop, and show up for LGBTQ+-owned and allied businesses throughout the valley.
    • Community Partner Experiences: connect with local organizations doing meaningful work.
    • Live Entertainment and Performances: featuring local LGBTQ+ talent including the incomparable Nikki Vuitton (@msnikkivuitton), poetry by Max Badisha, and more.
    • The Official After-Party at The Garden: close out the day at Tannery Bend's beloved outdoor space, with DJ Rotten Robbie spinning until midnight.


YOUNTVILLE

Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 12 

  • Yountville Pride Hunt
    Throughout the week of June 8-12, Yountville will be hosting a fun, rainbow-tinged scavenger hunt that takes participants all across the town. Starting at the Yountville Community Center, players will pick up a game board and a series of stickers, which they will use to mark off each hidden Pride Heart they uncover as they explore the town. There are eight hearts in total, and if you find them all, you can head back to the community center to claim your prize. 

Sunday, June 14

  • Pride in the Park at Veterans Memorial Park in Yountville
    To close out a week of fun scavenger hunts, Yountville will be hosting a free, family-friendly Pride in the Park event at the Veterans Memorial Park. Open to all ages, this event will feature food trucks, live music, activities, and much more. Show your pride with the locals of Yountville!

Friday, June 19 

  • Sip, Slay & Sing: Pride Music Bingo at Priest Ranch
    Sip Priest Ranch wines by the glass or bottle, enjoy food from The Kitchen, and sing along as we celebrate Pride with iconic anthems, guilty pleasures, and dance-floor favorites. Whether you come dressed in your brightest colors, your best glam, or just ready to have a great time, this lively evening is all about community, inclusivity, and fun.


ST. HELENA

Wednesday, June 10 

  • Sip & Support: Benefit for LGBTQ Connection at Clif Family Winery
    For another chance to help out LGBTQ Connection — and a chance to sample some excellent food and wine — head to Clif Family Winery in St Helena, where their in-house food truck, the Clif Family Bruschetteria Food Truck, will be serving a globally-inspired street food menu alongside expertly paired wines. Clif Family will donate 20% of all revenue from wine and food sales on this day to LGBTQ Connection. Show up, eat well, and support a cause that matters. 

Saturday, June 20

  • Pride Day in Downtown St Helena
    This year will also mark St Helena’s first-ever Pride celebration. Alongside wine tastings, food trucks, and LGBTQ artisans, guests can enjoy live music, DJ-fueled dance parties, and more.

Queer-Owned Businesses to Support this Pride Month

Supporting LGBTQ+-owned businesses is one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate Pride all year long, not just in June. Napa Valley is fortunate to have a growing number of LGBTQ+-owned establishments, as well as loud and proud ally establishments, across hospitality, food and wine, and wellness.

  • The Charles Inn Napa is a sophisticated boutique property in downtown Napa offering luxury accommodations with a genuine sense of welcome. 
  • The Bungalow by Gentleman Farmer is a unique, European-style food and wine experience set in a 1926 Craftsman house in downtown Napa. Vintners Joey Wołosz and Jeff Durham host intimate, ticketed meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) that pair their wines with multi-course, home-cooked family recipes. 
  • The Q Restaurant & Bar is Napa's beloved gathering spot for great food, drinks, and community. 
  • Blue Water Day Spa, owned by Kimberly McMaster and Veronica Samora, is a sanctuary for wellness and self-care — the perfect way to balance the revelry of Pride Month with some genuine restoration.

Wine & WERK: Local Talent to Know & Love (& Tip!)

Of course, Napa Pride — and Pride anywhere else — would be nothing without the incredible talent that makes it come alive. These extraordinary local creatives show up and give everything regardless of the occasion, but for Pride, they’ll be bringing new levels of serve to the celebration.

  • DJ Rotten Robbie (@djrottenrobbie) is nothing short of a legend in Napa's LGBTQ+ community: a founding force of Pride, as well as the Napa Queer Leaders Coalition, who has spun at events across the valley for decades. From tea dances to after-parties to outdoor block parties, Robbie's sets are joyful, inclusive, and unforgettable.
  • DJ Dyops (@djdyops) brings expert energy to Pride's opening moments, setting the tone for a month of celebration at the Tea Dance.
  • Nikki Vuitton (@msnikkivuitton) is a powerhouse performer whose presence elevates every stage she graces. Watch for her at the Day of Solidarity and throughout June.
  • Max Badisha is a poet whose work speaks to identity, place, and belonging — a voice that reminds us Pride is as much about depth as it is about celebration.
