Our Wines

Foundry Wines

Each Foundry wine is an expression of time and place. In 2012, we established a mission to craft wines of exceptional quality and distinct character rivaling anything on the planet. Lofty goals mean we accept no compromises when it comes to grapes, personnel or equipment. Foundry’s commitment to quality over quantity are reflected in our determination to hand-craft, small production bottlings which showcase the distinct characteristics of each property.

Anarchist Wine Co.

Anarchist Wine Co. is a nod to those with the foresight to observe the situation, the mindfulness to ask the question, the courage to take action and forge the outcome. Throughout history, there have been individuals following this formula. These are the Anarchists we honor and our wines walk a similar path. Blending varietals not usually made together in traditional wine landscape. We carry this mission throughout our wine quality and imagery.

We stopped in for a tasting and got two different kinds. We loved that our sommelier took time to educate us about the grapes, the winery, the region, even the differences of the banks. The wine itself was delicious, and the experience was great. All in all this is a place well come back to and highly recommend

Love Anarchist Wines! Beautiful venue and every wine is amazing. We tasted a wide variety and each one was delicious! Can’t wait to go back, and so happy to be a wine club member here!

Becky Bjursten,

Excellent wines with many choices for all palates. Our host, Luke, was extremely knowledgeable about the wines. We described the type of wines we enjoy and he put together a flight that was stellar! Also very happy with the social distancing and masks required.

We visited Anarchist Wine Co. and it was fantastic! We sat outside — very comfy, our server Luc was super friendly and he gave us a lot of great information. There were many fabulous wines to try. The high-end Foundry wines were amazing. The Anarchist line up has many creative blends, so delicious! My personal favorite was “15 Minute of Fame” bubbly rosé, my husband loved the Foundry “Eidola” super-tuscan. So fun, we’ll be back!
