The Culinary Institute of America at Copia is a food and wine lover’s dream! Located next to the Oxbow Public Market on First Street in downtown Napa, the CIA at Copia provides an array of food and wine experiences to visitors to Napa Valley. Here’s your fun “to do” list…

Catch a demo or class—Copia’s Napa Valley Vintners Theater hosts a wide range of food and wine demonstrations and classes featuring both our faculty and a rotating calendar of visiting guest chefs and wine and beverage all-stars.

Do some shopping—The on-site lifestyle retail store offers high-end linens, pottery created by local artists, cook- and bakeware, items for the home and garden, books, knives, glassware, and so much more. You may also catch an occasional book signing by a famous author in the store.

Bring your taste buds—The new restaurant features an array of crave-able dishes served tableside by CIA chefs, as well as a spectacular casual outdoor patio with a wood-burning oven and bar. Savor Copia’s many tasting opportunities, including a reserve wine salon with an expanded selection of rare and fine wines.

Plus the CIA at Copia is available for special and private events, including company retreats, lectures, dinners, concerts, and weddings, and is home to the Food Business School, the college’s center for executive and graduate education.
