National Travel and Tourism Week 2020 is May 3-9. It's a time when travel and tourism professionals across the country unite to celebrate the value travel holds for our economy, business, and personal well-being.

Visit Napa Valley will continue our campaign on Tourism Matters to drive awareness of the economic impact and benefits tourism brings the Napa Valley. You can see our 2018 Visitor Profile Study and Economic Impact Report, which can both be found here.

Tourism Matters - Shanti

"Tourism isn't just welcoming visitors to the Napa Valley. It brings in $2.2 billion to the economy and supports 15,000+ local jobs. For people like Shanti, tourism is more than a job, it's a family business. It's how she met her husband, and now together they act as role models to their two children, teaching them gratitude, thoughtfulness, and being a good neighbor—what the Napa Valley is all about. When Shanti goes to work, she’s more than thankful for tourists."
