Finding balance with Jennifer Hall Taylor. Jennifer is a holistic health coach, yoga and meditation teacher and creator of Buckwheat to Butter and The—Shift app. Learn how to balance the body through seasonal eating and self-care practices. A short lesson on food energetics will be followed by an all-levels yoga class and guided meditation, all with an emphasis on whole-system nourishment for winter and early spring. Today’s lunch will be a collaboration between Jennifer and our chef, Emma Sears, followed by a wine tasting in celebration of the essential benefit that enjoyment brings to whole health.
No yoga or meditation experience needed. Comfortable, layered clothing for meditation is suggested. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.
