Bread-making with A&D resident chefs Emma Sears & Ethan Speizer, featuring a special appearance from our fermentation master and production winemaker, Andrew Brooks. Learn about the concept of fermentation as it applies to bread, the step-by-step process of making a loaf and hands-on techniques to create your own sourdough at home.

All materials will be supplied, but we suggest you dress appropriately to get a little messy, or BYOA—bring your own apron.
