Our Wine & Food Pairing is 2 hours of fun, engaging “edu-tainment” set in our underground barrel aging cellars. Guests are greeted with Prestige Cuvée (bubbles) and guided on a brief tour of our Estate vineyard and production areas prior to their pairing. Prepare to have your senses amazed during the seated tasting lead by V. Sattui’s expert staff pairing six phenomenal wines with six sumptuous culinary creations.
