With so many ways to play with pasta, we had to include a second class to capture some other favorites. In this one, we’ll start again with a demonstration on how to make pasta dough and match pasta shape to sauce.

Then the fun begins as you set to work, shaping and saucing kale malfatti with arrabiata sauce, butternut squash agnolotti with sage brown butter, corzetti stampati with spring herb pesto, and spinach pasta with duck Bolognese.

We’ll round out your feast with a selection of hors d’oeuvres and a selection of Cakebread wines. Then sit down to enjoy the feast with a selection of Cakebread wines. We’ll end the meal with delicate huckleberry soufflés.
