Judgment of Napa

The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone

May 24, 2021
Hosted by: Cultured Vine

Cultured Vine announces a unique tasting experience inspired by one of the most significant wine events in history.

On this intimate occasion, several guests will have the privilege of tasting twenty very rare wines (10 whites and 10 reds) in an exclusive blind tasting at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California.

By purchasing a Judge’s ticket, you are able to be apart of this historic event and help determine which wines can claim the throne in 2021.

Following the fine wine tasting event and tribute, a vintner dinner will be hosted by Favia, Penfolds and Darioush wineries.

The Napa event will offer Rolls Royce showcase and test drives and Davidoff of Geneva premium cigar and wine pairing in a smoke and sip experience.

Sample the legendary Beckstoffer To Kalon at the Napa event. Exquisite accommodations provided by Auberge properties.

In 1976, the Judgment of Paris focused on a comparison of French and American Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays, and a panel of French judges awarded top place to the American wines. It came to be seen as a major validation of the potential of fine wine in California, previously dismissed as inferior to its European counterpart. Now, the Judgment of Napa will raise the stakes by conducting a blind tasting competition between Napa Valley wines and the best wines from around the world.
