The exciting Havana Chamber Orchestra features top young Cuban musicians, most of them women. They so impressed the celebrated American violinist Joshua Bell when he played with them during a cultural exchange in Havana last year that he brought them to New York for a “Live from Lincoln Center” performance broadcast nationally on PBS. Daiana García conducts a rich program of classical and Cuban music.
