"Chef and Somm" series in The Grill at Silverado Resort and Spa. This monthly interactive experience, led by Chef Pablo Jacinto and Sommelier Chris Costas, which features three courses paired with three wines takes place the last Friday of each month, from 5:30 - 9:30pm, February-October.
