Our Estate Chef will guide you through a four course culinary and wine pairing that will captivate your palate with ingredients from our Dollarhide Ranch and Estate Culinary Garden. With each course, our Estate Chef will explain the pairing philosophy and how the mindfully crafted dishes will connect to the selection of St. Supéry Estate wines. You will undoubtedly leave the Chef’s table with the tools to recreate your own food and wine experience at home. 90 minute experience by reservation.
